CauliTurk Home-Made Nuggets

Great FAST recipe, perfect for preparing in advance and having on hand for healthy snacks. I typically double and often triple the recipe to have enough for the kids to also snack on for a couple days.

3 Ingredients ♥️

🔲 1 lb Ground Turkey uncooked

🔲 1 bag Cauliflower Rice drained well

🔲 1 Egg (skip for AIP)

(Any seasonings or sauces of your choice, add to provide the flavor to your liking)

Mix all ingredients together, along with any wet or dry seasonings of your choice. Create into balls and heat in Air Fryer for 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping midway.

You control the size, shape, and crisp!

I chose to make 16 nuggets, each with approx 1 ounce of ground Turkey in each nugget. I prefer mine crunchy, so I cooked for the entire 20 minutes. Pair with a dipping sauce of your choice. I made a homemade sauce, but no-sugar condiments like R. Hughes also make a great pair.
